Hi everyone! My name is Kaile, I am an 18-year-old college student currently studying pre-nursing wanting to become a NICU nurse. Nurturing young minds is really more than a job for me, it is something I genuinely enjoy doing and care about. My previous babysitting experiences solidified my desire to want to support families and provide reliable, attentive care while in a fun, safe, and positive environment. I have over four years of experience caring for children of all ages and bring a patient, calm, creative, and friendly approach to every interaction. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), I am comfortable handling responsibilities with attentiveness and professionalism, and I prioritize safety at all times! I am CPR and First Aid certified, and my healthcare background helps me remain calm and prepared in a variety of situations. I enjoy engaging with children through outdoor and indoor activities, educational games, or creative play. I am happy to help with routines, homework, and simple meal preparation while following parents’ preferences regarding household rules and communication. I have some college education, am comfortable caring for up to FIVE children, have reliable transportation, and am comfortable around pets.
