Hey! I’m Tiffany Mikolowski/Flader! I just got married and haven’t changed my last name yet… I’ve been working in childcare my whole life, I started my first full time babysitting job when I was 13 and I’m now 22, going on 23 in September. I have worked in childcare ever since! I love working with children, I love hearing their stories and seeing how their minds develop! every child is so different and I love that about them! they are so funny and honest! I’ve been a nanny, a babysitter, a teachers assistant and a lead teacher. I Have my CPR certification, although I believe my first aid expired this year… but I can easily get that again! I’m very confident in my childcare skills and I’d love to get the chance to watch some wonderful kiddos!
