Darolyn

I have a strong background in childcare, education, and behavioral support through my experience as a daycare teacher, Registered Behavioral Technician, and Student Analyst. I have worked with children of various ages and developmental needs, helping create safe, engaging, and supportive environments where children can learn and grow. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, which has strengthened my understanding of child development, behavior, and individualized support. In addition to my professional experience, I am a parent of three children, so I understand firsthand the importance of patience, communication, safety, and creating a nurturing environment for every child and family.
