Hello! My name is Isabella, I'm 21 years old, and I'm originally from Florida. I am currently studying Biology at the University of Central Florida, with the goal of attending medical school and becoming a pediatric surgeon. My passion for caring for children extends far beyond my career aspirations—working with children has always been one of the most rewarding parts of my life, and I genuinely love helping them learn, grow, and thrive. I have over 5 years of childcare experience, beginning with volunteering and babysitting at the age of 12 before progressing into professional nannying roles. Throughout this time, I have cared for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, in both long-term and short-term settings. I have worked consistently with one family for several years, building a strong relationship while supporting their children through different stages of development. In addition to private nannying, I have worked for childcare agencies that matched me with a variety of families, allowing me to gain experience adapting to different parenting styles, household routines, and each child's individual needs. My responsibilities have included caring for infants, preparing meals and bottles, planning educational and engaging activities, helping with homework, maintaining daily routines, transporting children safely, assisting with bedtime, and creating a fun, nurturing, and safe environment where children feel supported and encouraged. Alongside my nannying experience, I have worked in several customer service and child-focused roles, including as a lifeguard at Universal's Volcano Bay, where I was responsible for ensuring guest safety, responding quickly in emergencies, and remaining calm under pressure. These experiences have strengthened my communication, leadership, problem-solving, and responsibility—qualities that I bring into every childcare role. My experience has taught me to be patient, dependable, organised, adaptable, and compassionate. I understand the importance of building trusting relationships with both children and parents, and I take pride in providing reliable, high-quality care that gives families peace of mind.
