Hi! My name is Alexis, and I've been working with children for over three years. My journey in childcare began as a camp counselor, and that's where I realized caring for children wasn't just a job, it was something I truly love and wanted to build a career around. I spent three years at The Learning Experience, where I gained hands-on experience caring for children of different ages while supporting their learning, development, and daily routines. I currently work at a Montessori school, where I continue to help children grow through hands-on learning, creativity, and individualized care. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I always prioritize creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable and supported. Whether we're doing crafts, reading stories, playing outside, helping with homework, or following bedtime routines, I strive to make every child feel valued and cared for. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your child, and I treat every child with the same kindness, respect, and attention that I would want for my own family.
