Hi, My Name is Ashanti Crawford. I am 24 years old. I worked in childcare for about 4 years. But I had experience prior to working in a daycare, I did volunteer work as an assistant in home-based childcare. I mostly taught and took care of infants and toddlers. What made me fit for it was because I am very naturally nurturing and kind. Also I enjoy teaching the youth and helping them develop and get ready for school, etc.
