Hi! My name is Tanasia Thomas, and I’ve been working with children for about a year and a half, primarily with ages 1 to 10. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I support children with autism by helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. Through my experience, I’ve developed patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt to each child’s unique needs and personality. Whether we’re playing games, reading books, helping with homework, or sticking to bedtime routines, my goal is to make every child feel safe, supported, and cared for.
