I have multiple years of childcare experience providing consistent, dependable care for two families, both with four children from ages 1 to 10 years old. My responsibilities have included supervising daily routines, preparing and serving meals, planning activities, and managing bedtime and nap schedules. My experience caring for multiple children at ones has strengthened my ability to remain calm, organized and attentive while balancing responsibilities. I help to create a positive environment for the children by encouraging good behavior, communication, and maintaining consistent routines.
