Ava

Hi! My name is Ava, and I’m a graduate student studying Elementary Education at the University of Georgia. I recently graduated from UGA with my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and am continuing my education while pursuing my master’s degree. I have always loved working with children and have experience caring for children from under 1 year old through age 5. I have also student taught with students across every grade level from Pre-K through 5th grade, which has given me experience working with a wide range of ages, personalities, and needs. In addition, I have taught dance to children ages 2–3, creating fun and engaging lessons that keep little ones active and excited to learn! I’m responsible, patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy getting to know each child’s personality and interests. I love doing crafts, playing games, reading, dancing, spending time outside, and finding creative ways to keep children engaged. My goal is always to create a safe, fun, and comfortable environment where children feel cared for and parents can feel completely at ease while they’re away!
