Hello! My name is Asher, and I’m a caring, patient, dependable, and responsible childcare provider who truly enjoys spending time with children. I believe caring for a child is a responsibility that requires trust, patience, kindness, good character, and genuine care. I have experience as a babysitter as well as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I work closely with children and support their individual needs, development, communication, learning, and daily routines. My experience has taught me the importance of being patient, attentive, understanding, and consistent while making sure children feel safe, respected, encouraged, and cared for. As a babysitter, I enjoy creating a warm and positive environment where children can be themselves while still having structure and appropriate boundaries.
