Hi! My name is Amanda, and I’m a caring, dependable, and responsible childcare professional with experience as a daycare teacher and babysitter. My primary childcare experience has been working with infants and young toddlers, which has given me hands-on experience caring for children during some of their earliest and most important developmental years. As a daycare teacher, I was responsible for providing attentive, nurturing care while maintaining a safe and structured environment. I’m comfortable with feeding, diapering, nap routines, age-appropriate activities, playtime, and keeping a consistent daily schedule. I understand that infants and young toddlers require a lot of patience, attention, and flexibility, and I genuinely enjoy helping them learn, grow, and feel comfortable and cared for. I also have personal experience caring for children through my nieces and nephews and my stepchildren, as well as experience babysitting. Being around children has always been a big part of my life, and I enjoy building relationships with them and creating an environment where they feel safe, happy, and supported. I’m dependable, organized, patient, and comfortable taking responsibility for children independently. I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident in the person caring for their children, and I take that responsibility very seriously.
