My name is Payton Dawson, and I am excited to apply for a nanny position with your family. I have over four years of experience as a daycare teacher, working with children from six weeks old to five years old, as well as hands-on nanny experience caring for two elementary-aged boys. I truly love working with children and being a part of their growth and daily lives. I enjoy creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where kids can learn, feel supported, and have fun. I am especially passionate about routines, as I believe they help children feel secure and confident. I love planning engaging activities such as arts and crafts, music, dancing, and reading.
