Hello! 😊 My name is Nancy & I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I work one-on-one with children and support their developmental, behavioral, communication, and social-emotional needs. This experience has taught me so much about patience, consistency, communication, and creating a safe and positive environment for children. I’m also currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with the goal of continuing my education in the mental health field. I genuinely enjoy working with children and love being someone they can feel comfortable, supported, and cared for around. ❤️ I’m responsible, dependable, patient, and attentive, and I’m comfortable following routines, helping with activities, preparing meals/snacks, assisting with homework, and keeping children engaged throughout the day.
