Hi, I'm Marci! I bring nurture, patience, reliability, and a fun-loving demeanor. I enjoy going for walks, organizational projects, spending time with family, and exploring the city. I welcome collaboration, open communication, and friendly demeanors of all. I nanny during the day to an active toddler. I help foster environments and routines for children and families. My favorite part of the job is building connections with the children. I've cared for children from infant to preteen, however my care of focus has centered around children age 2 and younger. My experience is in elementary education, tutoring/homework help, private care, and live-out nanny. I create and foster consistent routines of learning and development through age-appropriate activities. Parents choose me as I’m direct in approach, proactive in planning, and prepared to jump in for a smooth transition for everyone. Children thrive in my care because I am attentive, patient, consistent, and use firm, but gentle boundaries. Safety and well-being is my focus.
