Allaughna

Hello! My name is Allaughna McGill. I’m a twenty year old college student with 4 years of childcare experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to middle schoolers. I’m also a proud mom to a beautiful four month old daughter! Motherhood has deepened my understanding of the patience, attention, and love children need to thrive. 💕 I’m currently finishing my sophomore year of college studying criminal justice. I was born in Ohio and raised in Richmond, Virginia, in a big family with 18 cousins, where I was the second oldest. Growing up surrounded by family helped shape my nurturing and responsible approach to caring for others. Throughout my childcare experience, I’ve learned how to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children at every stage of development. I enjoy organizing activities, helping with homework, encouraging creativity, and adapting to each child’s individual needs. My goal is to help children feel comfortable and cared for while giving parents peace of mind knowing their little ones are in good hands. Outside of childcare, I love animals, singing, doing hair, trying new restaurants, watching thriller and sci-fi movies, and enjoying sweets! I’m naturally outgoing, empathetic, and optimistic, and I love meeting new people and finding ways to help others. I’m excited to connect with families looking for an experienced babysitter who brings a balance of responsibility, creativity, and genuine care. I’d love to become someone your family can trust and your children enjoy spending time with! 💗
