Hello, families! My name is Alayah, and I’m a passionate childcare professional with over 3 years of experience caring for children from infancy through school age. I hold an associate degree in Psychology, am CPR/First Aid certified, and currently work as a Lead Teacher in an early childhood education setting. My professional experience has given me a strong understanding of child development, age-appropriate activities, daily routines, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and supported. I enjoy incorporating learning into everyday activities while allowing children to explore, play, and develop at their own pace. I understand that inviting someone into your home to care for your children requires trust. I take that responsibility seriously and strive to provide dependable, attentive, and personalized care that meets each family’s needs. I’m available for occasional babysitting, weekend care, date nights, and other scheduled childcare needs.
