JaiDa

Hi! My name is Jai’Da Guest, and I’m a caring, dependable childcare professional with experience in daycare, babysitting, and K–12 substitute teaching. I have approximately six years of substitute teaching experience and currently work in a daycare, where I care for children across infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, and I especially enjoy working with 2–3-year-olds as they develop their personalities, independence, and communication skills. My experience includes supporting daily routines, planning engaging activities, guiding behavior with patience, and helping children feel safe and comfortable. I take pride in building meaningful connections with children and creating a warm environment where they feel seen, encouraged, and excited to learn.
