Alma is just the best! she is able to figure things out if things get bumpy such as a crying baby and a child that suddenly gets an ear ache. she handled the situation perfectly while communicating to us what was going on. she continued to check on everyone until we got home and even went the extra mile to tidy up in between. rockstar is an understatement!

Alma was a joy to work with! She went above and beyond, and communicated effectively. We can't wait to work with her again.
