Hello, my name is Tiffany. I am a mother to a wonderful 18yr old daughter and a 2yr old pup. I have over 5yrs experience working as an Early Intervention Specialist for an Early Childhood Intervention(ECI) program with children 0-3 with developmental delays, in a home visiting setting. I also have experience providing childcare services to children who have witnessed domestic violence in their homes. During the childcare groups I would provide fun activities, such as board games, arts and crafts, and field trips to local parks to children aged 0-18. I have also provided small group sessions to at-risk youth in several middle and high schools in the Austin, TX area with my previous employer, Council on at Risk Youth(CARY). My current occupation is a Program Supervisor for a home visiting program called Healthy Fair Start at Any Baby Can. The team I supervise uses a curriculum called Parents As Teachers which gives families the opportunity to build strong communities, thriving families and children that are healthy, safe and ready to learn. I have many years of babysitting experience for friends and family, and most of my career has been centered around children and families. I have a strong passion to work with children of all ages while providing great quality care when addressing the needs of the families that I serve.
