My name is Taylor Tillman, and I’m a nurturing, dependable childcare professional with experience caring for children in both classroom and home settings. I am Montessori certified and have worked with children from infancy through preschool, giving me a strong understanding of early childhood development and the importance of creating a safe, engaging, and loving environment. Throughout my career, I’ve served as a Lead Infant Teacher, a Lead Preschool Teacher in a STEAM-based early learning program, and a nanny for multiple families. These experiences have allowed me to care for children with different personalities, learning styles, and developmental needs while building trusting relationships with both children and parents. I’m currently a senior at Valdosta State University, where I’m earning my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. My education, combined with my hands-on experience, allows me to create fun, developmentally appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, independence, creativity, and a love of learning. Whether we’re enjoying sensory play, reading books, exploring outdoors, completing age-appropriate learning activities, or practicing practical life skills, I strive to make each day meaningful and engaging. Families describe me as patient, organized, reliable, and compassionate. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and celebrated, and I take pride in creating a positive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive while giving parents peace of mind.
