My name is Taylor Tillman, and I’m a nurturing, experienced childcare professional with a strong foundation in Montessori education and early childhood development. I previously served as the Lead Toddler Teacher at The Suzuki School, a Montessori program where I worked with children ages 9 to 24 months. My time there allowed me to develop a deep understanding of each stage of a child’s growth from fostering independence and language development to supporting emotional and social skills through gentle guidance and hands-on learning. Currently, I’m in my senior year at Valdosta State University Online, completing my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. My studies, paired with years of hands-on Montessori classroom experience, have equipped me with the skills to create meaningful, developmentally appropriate learning experiences tailored to every child’s unique personality and needs. I’m passionate about creating calm, structured, and loving environments where children can thrive.
