A mother for 43 years and a grandmother for 16 years. I also have worked in the daycare nursery at Homewood Community Church for the past fourteen months. I baby sat neighbors children in the evenings and whenever needed. Also cared for my cousins along with my two sisters every weekend that gave me the opportunity and experience I need to be able to observe the interactions with the kids, identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action. I have the ability to collaborate with other colleagues and to communicate with parents and update them on their child's behavior and progress. I use a range of teaching methods such as stories, games, drawing, coloring, singing, etc.
