Miya (Crys)

Hi, I'm Crys, and I've worked at daycare for 3 years dealing with infants to kindergarteners. I'm trained in infant Heimlich maneuver, CPR, and First Aid. I'm learning baby sign language to help the kids communicate. I often like to take the children on walks in the park, with their families' permission, and have them call out the names of animals and colors that they've likely learned at home or in kindergarten. I love decorating cupcakes, doing stencil paintings, finger paintings, writing letters to family or friends and teaching good conflict resolution skills. I also have experience in special needs and I can relate to the children better because of it, especially autism and ADHD
