Hello my name is Niyae, I have over five years of experience working with three long-term families, along with seven months as a substitute at The Goddard School, I bring a diverse background in child care, education, and health care. My experience spans a variety of age groups, including working with children on the autism spectrum and incorporating behavioral strategies as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). My nannying style is both nurturing and educational, focused on fostering positive child development. I believe in supporting children’s growth at each developmental stage, ensuring they reach their milestones in a supportive and engaging environment. I utilize a combination of Montessori principles and behavioral strategies, integrating these with play-based learning. In addition to providing educational support, I take pride in helping manage the household by assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as children’s laundry, sweeping/mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning high-touch areas in the home. I also prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring your child’s day runs smoothly. My goal is to create a nurturing environment where children not only feel safe and cared for but are actively engaged in learning and growth every day.
