Keyanna

After reviewing video footage, it was disappointing to observe the sub sitting with her feet up while on her phone for a substantial amount of time. Director did not like the tone she used when addressing the toddlers or the lack of attention and engagement. It was also noted that although an activity was left for the students to complete, the sub left students (basically unsupervised bc she wasn’t paying them any attention) to play by themselves the majority of her shift.

I appreciate Keyanna for being consistent and adjusting to the needs of our ministry. Grateful to have her with us

Keyanna didn't *seem* too excited to be with us today but she did jump in to support during praise and worship. She said she enjoyed her time and would like to come back. She was quite a bit late and I don't recall her communicating that, but I would definitely welcome her back!

We enjoyed working with Keyanna today and we would love to have her back again!

Keyanna was great all around - she engaged well with the kids, cleaned up after dinner and even took out the garbage and recycling!! A+, :).

Keyanna was great. My son enjoyed having her as a sitter.
