Glenda

Hi! My name is Glenda but everyone calls me Gigi. I have worked with children for over 30 years. I have experience as a live-in/out nanny, babysitter, infants & toddlers, pre-K, assistant teacher, substitute teacher, and Montessori guide. I love working with infants to kindergarten children and helping them educationally i.e. Teaching them their alphabet, numbers, etc. as well as helping with life skills i.e. how to deal with their emotions, how to tie shoes etc. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and Learning Development. I'm originally from South Florida and have been in Georgia for about two years. I’m bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish. Some activities I enjoy doing with the infants/ children are: singing/dancing, arts and crafts, going outdoors. In my spare time, I love to spend time with my family especially my grand babies. In addition, I like to volunteer, Zumba, travel, photography, documentaries, ski, camping. These are just a few of my hobbies/ interests outside of childcare. I can't wait to establish a relationship.
