Hi, I’m Jada Pledger, a 21-year-old IT student with a passion for working with kids and creating safe, fun, and engaging environments where they can grow and feel supported. I have several years of childcare experience, including three summers working at a camp with children ages 5–13, babysitting since I was 12 for kids ages 1–10, and substituting at daycares and after-school programs throughout the year. I also help with children’s classes at a gymnastics gym during the school year, which has given me even more experience managing groups of active children with patience, energy, and enthusiasm. I’m CPR and First Aid certified and experienced in helping with routines, homework, activities, and creating positive relationships with children and families. I always strive to make every moment count by being dependable, caring, and a positive role model while ensuring kids feel safe, encouraged, and engaged. Looking forward to connecting!
