Hi my name is Erica. I'm a dedicated and compassionate professional with extensive experience in caregiving, leadership, and child development. Proud mother of three young adults, retired United States Air Force veteran, and current foster parent with Bethany Christian Services. Recently completed certification in Early Childhood Care and Education with a strong passion for supporting the growth, safety, and development of children and families. Utilized knowledge gained through the EC31 – Early Childhood Care & Education Basic Certificate to provide high-quality care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for infants. Served as a long-term substitute in an infant classroom for 7 months, maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Followed all Georgia Bright from the Start regulations and licensing requirements, including health, safety, supervision, and documentation standards.
