Hi! My name is Maddie, and I absolutely love working with children. I have several years of babysitting experience caring for children ages 1 and up, including toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged kids. I’ve also cared for my younger cousin with autism, which has taught me the importance of patience, understanding, consistency, and adapting to each child’s unique needs and personality. I strive to create a safe, fun, and positive environment where children feel comfortable and parents feel confident leaving them in my care. Whether we’re playing games, doing crafts, reading books, spending time outside, helping with homework, or sticking to bedtime routines, I always make sure children are engaged, cared for, and treated with kindness and respect. I’m dependable, responsible, patient, and attentive to detail. I understand how important it is to communicate with parents, follow household routines, and prioritize safety at all times. I’m happy to help with meal preparation, light housekeeping related to the children, diaper changes, nap schedules, bath time, transportation (if needed), and keeping parents updated throughout the day. I’m currently a biology student with plans to work in healthcare, so caring for others has always been something I’m passionate about. My goal is for every child to feel safe, happy, and cared for while giving parents peace of mind knowing their little ones are in good hands.
