Diamond arrived late on her first day, explaining that she did not realize how far the school was from her home. Upon arriving, she was observed standing against the wall speaking with another staff member instead of actively engaging in her assigned responsibilities. Later, she left for her scheduled break and subsequently called to report that her vehicle had stopped working while she was in a drive-through. Given that Diamond has previously worked at several of our Chroma Early Learning Academy locations, her attendance, professionalism, and overall performance on her first day at this location were unexpected and disappointing. We anticipated a stronger level of reliability and professionalism based on her prior experience with the organization.
