Hello! It's great to hear that you're interested in learning more about me. My name is Seirra, and I have been working with children for over 5 years. During that time, I have had the privilege of caring for newborns, toddlers, and even 5th graders. I began my journey as a babysitter, and then worked at a daycare center as a floater. Later, I became a Personal Care Assistant for both adults and children at a caregiving facility. My experience has taught me the importance of being patient, understanding, and compassionate when working with young people. I've learned that children have their own unique ways of communicating, and it's important to actively listen to them and empathize with their feelings. I truly believe that by providing a supportive and nurturing environment, we can help children grow and thrive.
