! My name is Sashane, and I have over 4 years of experience caring for children of all ages and abilities. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I support children by creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment while encouraging learning and positive behavior. I’m patient, dependable, and love planning activities like arts and crafts, games, outdoor play, reading, and creative learning. I’m also experienced with diaper changes, meal preparation, bedtime routines, and maintaining a structured schedule.
