Jihan

Hi, my name is Jihan Scavella, and I am a passionate and dedicated professional with strong experience working with children and youth in both community and structured settings. I currently work as a case manager at Positive Growth Inc. within the Clubhouse program, where I support youth in developing life skills, emotional regulation, communication, and personal growth. In this role, I work closely with children and adolescents to help them build confidence, improve behavior, and achieve their individual goals. I create structured activities, provide one-on-one support, and help implement skill-building strategies tailored to each child’s needs. In addition to my current role, I have experience working with children through my church, where I have led trainings, supported youth programs, and helped facilitate safe and engaging environments. I also previously worked at the Dekalb County Sheriff’s Office, where I gained experience interacting with at-risk youth and families. That role strengthened my ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and respond appropriately in high-stress situations. Across all of my roles, I prioritize safety, structure, empathy, and consistency. I believe children thrive in environments where they feel seen, supported, and encouraged. My background in case management, crisis response, and community engagement has equipped me with strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a deep passion for helping young people grow and succe
