Hi! My name is Asha, and I’ve been working with children for over 10 years. I’m currently earning my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Mercer University, and I love combining what I’m learning about child development with hands-on care. My experience includes working as a camp counselor for two years with kids ages 6–13, as well as babysitting for many families with children ranging from 3 months to 14 years old. After graduating from Georgia State University with a degree in English, I spent eight months teaching English to first graders in Thailand, which helped me learn how to make learning fun and creative. I currently teach children’s yoga at Mount Vernon School in Sandy Springs and The Goddard School in Marietta, where I help kids build confidence, focus, and mindfulness through movement and play. When babysitting, I love spending time outdoors, doing arts and crafts, reading stories, and acting out favorite movie scenes. I’m patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy helping kids learn and grow in a safe, nurturing environment. I’m excited to meet your family and create a fun, supportive experience for your little ones!
