I am a teacher that have taught young children for over 5 years. My experience working with children have given me the opportunity to understand how children learn and develop. It also taught me how to be patient with them and be there for them whenever they need it. I have a lot of fun playing with them as well as taking care of them. I'm very energetic and attentive towards the little ones. I have taught children as young as 3 years old. I used to be a preschool and pre-K teacher. When I was 4 years old, I declared that I was going to be a teacher when I grew up. So, as I grew, I found every chance to be a ‘teacher’. This looked like volunteering at VBS, being a mother’s helper, and a camp counselor. As I matured, so did my roles. I began nannying and student teaching. Now, I’m in my 8th year teaching with a Master’s degree in special education. I have been in all classrooms, from Kindergarten to 10th grade and I have worked with students of all varying abilities. I love what I do and I’d love the chance to help more children learn and grow!
