I have been working as a childcare professional since 1989. I attended the University of California at Davis and studied in the Early Childcare Lab. I also attended Sacramento City College where I studied Early Childhood Development. I have a CDA in Preschool education and a PITC for infants and toddlers. I have worked as a director for over 20 years in California and Texas. I was a nanny for 3 years. I am a mother of 5 children, 3 are grown and 2 are still minors. I have worked in the school districts for 3 years. I am retiring from my job this year and want to continue to work at my craft when I am available. I am very active and believe that each child is an individual and we should meet each where he or she is.
