Our school was founded in 2005 with the goal of creating an ethnically, culturally, and economically diverse community that is united through its commitment to parental involvement in education and to fostering respect for the environment.

Bridgepoint Preschool was previously known as the Clairmont Presbyterian Kindergarten which was started in 1956. Ownership was transferred at the end of the 2023-24 school year. Bridgepoint carried over all the staff except for two who retired and maintained the program adding a 1 year class back to the program. Bridgepoint Church is the parent entity of the school.
