He is awesome and we love to hangout together. I also have experience babysitting little cousins of mine. I love engaging with the little ones. I want to help kids learn and also learn from them! I love to make crafts, go on outdoor adventures, do sports, but also take time to relax at home:)

Lashawn
Hello! I got my first paid babysitting at the age of 14! It all started because I was the oldest in my neighborhood and many of the kids loved to play outside with me. I’m not sure they thought we were too far in age. Their parents saw it as a great opportunity to hire me since their children actually liked me! Word traveled and years later, many of those families and I still keep in contact. Also, a lot of my influence has come from my mom. She has been a nanny for 20+ years. The families she nannied for would often want me to come along as a play date for their young kids. While she has now gone on to pursue teaching, I think it’s safe to say I learned from the best! Additionally, I have a have strong passion for serving and helping others. Over the years I have served in for various families, youth camps , churches & volunteer programs

Christina
Hi Family! My name is Christina Ward, and I look forward to serving your family in the way of childcare. I have 5 years of experience watching little ones from infant age to 15 years old and truly enjoy being able to watch them grow and change over time. Growing up in the church, the natural progression when I became of age, around 10 years old, was to serve in the nursery watching the little ones and toddlers. When I found a church home in the big city of LA after graduating from Long Island University, NY, I went right back to serving on the Nursery Team, and it was a blast. As a dance instructor (Aerial), I have led classes with children ages 5 to 15 in groupings of 10 or more, and their safety was paramount to me with fun trailing a short distance behind. I truly enjoy investing in children's growth and maturation and want to see more genuinely cared for children who are educated and loved properly. My understanding is that it takes a village. I teach English Online and love to engage children in language, spelling and Fundamentals. I also have been sitting for families in need of virtual schooling help so I'm happy to aid in their learning. Some fun activities that I enjoy doing with the children are educational games such as Alphabets, Numbers , Matching, and Colors. I also enjoy a good puzzle game, coloring, or just simple game of building and deconstructing. I can also promise there will be a dance party and even some stretching going on as well. I look forward to meeting your family. Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know a bit about me. ~Christina (CPR Certified)
