We’re a women-owned and operated app committed to helping parents, preschools, and religious organizations find child care when they need it most. What started as a babysitter’s club in Atlanta has grown into a trusted network across the nation. But what hasn’t changed are the neighborly values SitterTree was founded on—because we believe truly great child care is rooted in community.

Ava
Hi, my name is Ava Bryant, and I really enjoy working with children. I like creating a safe, fun, and positive space where kids feel comfortable being themselves and learning new things. I’m patient, caring, and dependable, and I understand that every child is different. I try to be supportive, encouraging, and a good role model. I also make sure kids feel heard and respected. I enjoy helping with playtime, learning activities, and daily routines, and I take pride in making sure children feel safe and happy while in my care.

In high school I babysat for a single mother of two for more than a year. In that capacity, I helped with making sure they stayed on schedule and safe until their mother arrived home from work. From 2001- 2003 I taught 600 students per semester at Hilton Head Middle School (ages 11 - 14), where I also spearheaded after school photography and ceramics. In 2003, I had my daughter who is now living in New York City managing a retail store. In the summers of 2013 and 2014 I taught 2nd graders (age 7 to 8) at Summer Advantage USA in Aspen, Colorado. The program was for children who needed extra help getting ahead for the upcoming school year. In 2017 I was a substitute school teacher at Hilton Head Middle School. I currently assist the coach at Indigo Run with tennis clinics for kids (ages 4 - 12).
