Destinee
Hello families! My name is Destinee, and caring for children has always been one of the most fulfilling parts of my life. I’m someone who values patience, empathy, and understanding, and I bring those qualities into every interaction with the kids I care for. I love creating a fun, safe, and structured environment where children feel supported as they learn and explore. I’m also working toward becoming a social worker, which fuels my passion for helping children grow emotionally, socially, and developmentally. I believe in meeting kids where they are, encouraging their individuality, and helping them build confidence and independence. Families describe me as dependable, nurturing, and easy to communicate with. Whether it’s helping with routines, providing creative activities, or offering a calm and comforting presence, I’m committed to giving your children the best care possible. I’d love the opportunity to support your family and be a positive part of your child’s day-to-day life.

We also do parent teacher conferences to discuss how we can further assist families and their children. Additionally I am CPR certified & First Aid Certified from the American heart association and a licensed driver! I have some minimal experiences with children with disabilities (Autism, ADHD, Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome) but am Always willing to improve and work more with children who have special needs or need extra care! :)

Rebecca
I am a master’s-level Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with 24 years of experience working with children since 2002 and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with ABA training. Sign language was my minor, and I hold current SLP licenses in Kentucky and Oregon. I previously held a Florida license and attended USF and FIT. I specialize in early intervention, language development, and helping toddlers learn their first words. I have extensive experience with children with special needs and love working with children of all ages, especially babies and toddlers. I began babysitting infants and toddlers at age 12 and have also worked as a nanny for three children, a daycare teacher, and in church childcare and children’s ministry. I am the proud mother of two daughters, ages 20 and 21, and an 11-year-old son with Down syndrome. One daughter is on the autism spectrum. My family is very important to me, and my personal and professional experiences have deepened my passion for helping children thrive. I currently work virtually as an SLP serving 81 students across four schools. I am seeking part-time work to enjoy a better work-life balance and more one-on-one time with children. I am active in my church community and enjoy reading, parks, puzzles, games, and helping people and animals. I would love to support your family with compassionate, dependable care while encouraging your children’s learning, communication, and development!

Mady
Hi my name is Madalyn. I am 22 years old and I have a strong passion for children. I eventually would like to have a family of my own someday. A little bit about me is that I have 9+ years of babysitting/nannying experience. I have taken two certification courses for CPR and First Aid throughout my 9+ years of experience. I would say I'm a fun, nurturing, reliable person. At times I can be creative and I am open to helping your kiddos grow and learn new things. I believe that supporting families and providing reliable childcare is essential, and I strive to do just that. It always makes my day watching the kiddos experience new milestones in their life. I am looking forward to meeting you and your child/children!
