We’re a women-owned and operated app committed to helping parents, preschools, and religious organizations find child care when they need it most. What started as a babysitter’s club in Atlanta has grown into a trusted network across the nation. But what hasn’t changed are the neighborly values SitterTree was founded on—because we believe truly great child care is rooted in community.

Arloa
My name is Arloa Fine. I have about four years experience in childcare, working with kids ranging from 3 months through 5 years. I am currently a part time nanny for a two year old litle boy. Before that, I worked as a full time nanny in the mornings and overnights caring for a preschool child with special needs. I’ve also served many families throughout the Nashville and surrounding areas, baby sitting multiple children ranging from toddler to junior high. Some of these positions were 1:1 while others were with multiple children with significant age differences. Prior to nannying and baby sitting, l worked as a lead teacher in a 12-24 month classroom, which eventually included children 8 months old and up due to changes in the daycare. In this position, I learned to care for multiple children at once doing diaper changes, overseeing nap time, and providing engaging activities, such as book reading, crafts, and other age appropriate activities. Along with facilitating a safe and engaging environment, I kept clear and open communication with all of the parents/ guardians of each child in my care. Before working in childcare, I obtained my bachelors degree in music education and taught elementary music for 14 years. In total, I have almost twenty years of experience interacting with children and creating safe, nurturing , engaging and fun environments. Some of those experiences have been paid and some were volunteer. In addition to volunteering in my church’s childrens church, I also served as a youth leader for over ten years. I truly love working with children of all ages, and with my background in music education, I love to bring interactive experiences, including music, games, movement, and adventure to every role that I am in. I would love the opportunity to serve your family.

In addition, I’ve completed certifications in CPR and First Aid for infants and children, as well as training in child development, positive behavior guidance, and supporting dual-language learners. I’m passionate about working with children and families, and I bring a mix of hands-on experience and formal education to help children grow, learn, and feel safe

Grace
Hello, my name is Grace Braswell and I recent graduate of Georgia State University seeking to connect with families and find my next babysitting opportunity. I have been babysitting since middle school, working with family friends and helping them out with childcare whenever they needed me. I found a love and passion in childcare, and as a natural caregiver, I constantly searched for babysitting jobs in high school and on into college. I have experience working with children from newborn to middle school, and I have developed tools and skills for working with children from every range. Apart from babysitting, I have also worked in children's theatre and volunteered and was employed at kids camps such as Camp Viola and Camp Kingfisher. I have also taught 7th grade English so I am great at helping with homework! In my free time, I spend a lot of time outdoors, crafting and reading lots of books! These are skills that I often take to my babysitting jobs as well. I love to interact and create with the kids I babysit in fun and engaging ways, so I often go on walks with kids, come up with fun crafts to do, draw with the kids and read to them. I want the kids to have fun, and I want to have fun with them, as well in a safe, interactive and engaging way. I look forward to finding my next family to connect with. Thank you!
