My name is Arloa Fine. I have about four years experience in childcare, working with kids ranging from 3 months through 5 years. I am currently a part time nanny for a two year old litle boy. Before that, I worked as a full time nanny in the mornings and overnights caring for a preschool child with special needs. I’ve also served many families throughout the Nashville and surrounding areas, baby sitting multiple children ranging from toddler to junior high. Before working in childcare, I obtained my bachelors degree in music education and taught elementary music for 14 years. In total, I have almost twenty years of experience interacting with children and creating safe, nurturing , engaging and fun environments. Some of those experiences have been paid and some were volunteer. In addition to volunteering in my church’s childrens church, I also served as a youth leader for over ten years. I truly love working with children of all ages, and with my background in music education, I love to bring interactive experiences, including music, games, movement, and adventure to every role that I am in.
