We’re a women-owned and operated app committed to helping parents, preschools, and religious organizations find child care when they need it most. What started as a babysitter’s club in Atlanta has grown into a trusted network across the nation. But what hasn’t changed are the neighborly values SitterTree was founded on—because we believe truly great child care is rooted in community.

Juliet
Hi! My name is Juliet. I began volunteering and working in childcare at my church when I was 14. Growing up in a large family, I’ve always been surrounded by children of all ages, including siblings with diverse needs, so caring for kids has always come naturally to me. Since then, I’ve worked at three different daycares. The most recent one was small, which I loved because it allowed me to build meaningful relationships with each child and their parents. I started there as a preschool teacher’s aide before moving into a preschool lead teacher role, where I was responsible for classroom management, lesson planning, and creating a fun, engaging learning environment. I later worked as an infant assistant teacher, caring for babies based on their individual schedules and developmental needs, before returning to lead preschool classrooms. I also served as the lead teacher for children ages 12–18 months, later transitioned to leading an 18–24-month-old classroom, and eventually became the lead teacher for three-year-olds. Along the way, I also stepped into other preschool classrooms whenever needed, giving me experience with a wide range of ages and personalities. Every role has helped me grow as a caregiver and teacher. I love creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn.

Joshua
Hi there! My name’s Joshua, and I’ve been working with kids for several years — both in professional settings and through my community. I currently work as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), so I’m experienced in supporting children with different personalities and needs. I love creating fun, engaging activities that keep kids laughing and learning. I’m reliable, patient, and always make sure parents feel at ease knowing their kids are in good hands. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar with my wife (she’s a musician!), building creative worlds in Minecraft, and making the perfect cup of coffee. I’m excited to meet your family and bring some fun and care to your home!
