I lead the special needs ministry for a large church. We rely on weekly help from sitters we book on SitterTree. The app makes it easy to connect with sitters in our area who have experience working with children with disabilities. We now have several Favorites who we book consistently. SitterTree has been a wonderful resource for our ministry.

Hadley
I am a mother of a beautiful 13 year-old little girl. I have taught children's church. I have fostered children for six years so I understand the challenges that many kids face. Watching a child's innocence and growth through experience and learning is the biggest satisfaction that anyone will ever be blessed to observe.

Evelyn
Hi! I’m Evelyn, and caring for kids has basically been part of my life forever. I grew up with 8 siblings, so I’ve been helping with little ones from around 8 months old all the way up to 11 years. My dad owned a dance company, and I loved assisting with the kids’ dance classes—keeping them moving, laughing, and learning. I also spent 2 years working in my church daycare and now I watch children on the weekends. I’m energetic, patient, and great at keeping kids entertained while making sure they feel safe and cared for.”

Olivia
Hello, my name is Olivia. I was born and raised in the Charleston area, and I am currently a college student studying anesthesiology for PEDS. I bring with me a unique blend of medical knowledge and a deep passion for taking care of children. For the past two years, I had the opportunity to work in the emergency room, where I gained invaluable experience in handling diverse and high-pressure situations. After my time in the ER, I found my calling in working with children, which led me to substitute teaching, breaking into daycare environments, and nannying for families of all ages and backgrounds. My desire to nurture and support young minds has flourished through these experiences. I am excited to offer a safe, caring, and engaging environment for your children, utilizing my background and skills to ensure they are well taken care of while also encouraging their growth and development. Thank you for considering me!

Calleigh
I love being a sitter because I really enjoy spending time with kids. I grew up wanting to be a teacher or work with special needs kids because I really enjoy it. I started babysitting when I was 14 years old, and became more of a nanny once I turned 17. I took care of 3 kids (ages 7, 12, 13) for one year (5 days a week for about 3 hours a day) after my highschool day would end. Last summer I was a nanny (8 hours a day, 5 days a week) for a 7 year old and sometimes 5 year old. I am no longer cpr certified because it expired but I have cpr training and would get certified again if necessary.
