**Tuesday Morning Sitters (every other week) Moms & Littles Group** Life Fellowship Church in McKinney is seeking caring, reliable, and engaging sitters to care for babies through preschoolers (6 weeks–5 years) during our **Mom & Littles group**. Help us create a safe, loving, and fun environment where children can learn about God while their moms connect and grow in faith. **Schedule & Commitment** We meet every other Tuesday. Shifts run from **9:40–11:10 AM**, including 20 minutes for preparation and welcoming children, one hour of programming, and approximately 10 minutes for cleanup after pickup. **Applicants must be able to commit to all seven dates in 2026:** * September 8 and 22 * October 6 and 20 * November 3 and 17 * December 1 We’re looking for consistent sitters who can build relationships with the children and serve alongside our team throughout the semester. **Responsibilities** * Arrive at **9:40 AM** to prepare the room and welcome children. * Follow the provided lesson plan and classroom schedule during **10–11 AM programming**. * Engage children through age-appropriate activities, play, and conversation. * Share the Bible story and reinforce the day’s main point. * Provide attentive care for babies and younger children. * Assist with check-in, snacks, and pickup. * Clean up and reset the room after pickup, allowing approximately **10 minutes**, with shifts ending around **11:10 AM**. * Work collaboratively with other classroom leaders. * Prioritize children’s safety and well-being at all times. **Qualifications** * Must be a Christian and comfortable teaching children about God. * Experience caring for babies, toddlers, or preschoolers preferred. * Patient, dependable, caring, and engaging. * Able to follow a provided curriculum and lead small group activities. * Available for **all seven dates and the full shift each morning**.

Childcare for Women’s Bible Study for Preschool

You will be in a classroom with a minimum of 2 teachers working with students that could be as young as 3 months old up to 5 years old. You will be providing age- appropriate care for children in the classroom including playing, diapering/potty, providing a snack, going outside and helping with a short lesson that is provided.

This is for a conference and the kids will eat lunch and have a day of activities

Childcare/Youth Worker — Job Description Schedule: Sunday mornings; occasional special services and events Reports to: Associate Pastor of Family Ministries Position Overview This position requires flexible workers who can provide safe, loving, and dependable care for children and youth in a wide age range (PreK-8th Grade) during Sunday School and worship services. This position helps create a welcoming, peaceful environment so that parents can confidently participate in worship or adult Sunday School classes apart from their children. This position will not require the worker to care for both children and youth at the same time. All children and youth are grouped appropriately according to their age and grade level. Primary Responsibilities - Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care. - Create a warm, welcoming, and calm atmosphere for children, youth, and families. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. - Follow all church safety and check-in/check-out procedures. - Engage children and youth through play and curriculum. - Communicate with parents in a kind and professional manner. - Follow emergency procedures, including basic first aid if needed. - Work cooperatively with other volunteers and staff. - Arrive on time and stay until all children are safely picked up.
