I’ve worked in youth sports and also youth wellness at 3 YMCAs for around 4 years. I’ve coached or directed basketball camps for over 20 years, spent 12 years as a substitute teacher (including long-term positions) in Florida & Maryland, and I’ve done occasional babysitting and part-time nannying for 10 years. I was raised in a ministers home always involved in Sunday school and caring for children with my mom at church. My mom directed a daycare when I was a teenager and I loved working after school there and at my private school. I have five children ages 17, 15, 12, 10, & 6.
