The Lead handles the curriculum; you’ll focus on keeping the kids engaged, helping them troubleshoot builds, and assisting with classroom management. Requirements: Must-Have: Previous classroom or camp experience managing groups of school-aged children. Bonus: Prior experience with STEM or robotics is a great plus, but not required. We are seeking a dedicated and faith-filled Christian childcare giver to support the Children’s Ministry during Sunday services. This individual will help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can learn about God’s love through structured activities, care, and biblical teaching. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and set up the children’s ministry area before services - Supervise, engage, and care for children during services - Lead assigned lessons, games, crafts, and activities - Execute teaching curriculum and attend curriculum prep sessions - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment - Encourage children’s spiritual growth through Christ-centered interactions - Clean and reset the children’s area after services - Follow all church childcare and safety procedures Qualifications - Committed Christian with a passion for serving children and families - Reliable, organized, and able to work well in a team environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working with children preferred - Ability to follow ministry curriculum and guidance effectively
