Floaters help maintain classroom ratios, provide breaks and coverage for staff, assist with daily classroom routines, and ensure a safe, clean, and positive learning environment for all children. This position requires flexibility, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work with multiple age groups including infants, toddlers, preschool, pre-k, and school-age children.
