The Learning Academy of Georgia Position Title: Floater Teacher / Flexible Classroom Support Staff Position Summary: The Floater Teacher is responsible for assisting teachers and supporting classrooms throughout the center as needed. Floaters help maintain classroom ratios, provide breaks and coverage for staff, assist with daily classroom routines, and ensure a safe, clean, and positive learning environment for all children. This position requires flexibility, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work with multiple age groups including infants, toddlers, preschool, pre-k, and school-age children.
