Job description The Learning Academy of Georgia Position Title: Floater Teacher / Flexible Classroom Support Staff Position Summary: The Floater Teacher is responsible for assisting teachers and supporting classrooms throughout the center as needed. Floaters help maintain classroom ratios, provide breaks and coverage for staff, assist with daily classroom routines, and ensure a safe, clean, and positive learning environment for all children. This position requires flexibility, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work with multiple age groups including infants, toddlers, preschool, pre-k, and school-age children. Responsibilities: *Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities *Supervise children and ensure safety at all times *Maintain proper classroom ratios according to Bright from the Start regulations *Help with meals, snacks, diapering, potty training, and nap time *Support classroom cleanliness and organization *Provide coverage during teacher breaks, absences, and transitions *Engage positively with children, families, and staff *Assist with playground supervision and classroom transitions *Follow all center policies and state licensing requirements

Substitute Teacher Needed – Infant & Two-Year-Old Support Indelible Impressions Learning Center is seeking a caring, dependable substitute teacher to provide classroom support and staff break coverage. Responsibilities include: * Assisting in our Infant and Two-Year-Old classrooms * Providing coverage while teachers take scheduled breaks * Helping with diapering, feeding, classroom routines, and transitions * Engaging with children through age-appropriate play and activities * Maintaining active supervision and a safe, nurturing environment * Supporting classroom teachers wherever needed We’re looking for someone who is flexible, attentive, patient, and comfortable working with both infants and toddlers. This is a support/floater position, so you may move between classrooms throughout the shift. Please arrive ready to jump in, assist our teachers, and provide loving care to our little ones!
