How do I change or cancel my Sitter Pass?
Sitter Pass renews automatically until you cancel. You can manage your plan anytime in your account.
Canceling your Sitter Pass
Go to Sitter Pass > Cancel Sitter Pass > Confirm cancellation
Once canceled, your Sitter Pass will not renew. You’ll still have access to premium features until your current plan expires.
What happens after cancellation
To book sitters, chat with applicants, or use premium filters again, you’ll need to restart Sitter Pass.
Changing your Sitter Pass
You can adjust your Sitter Pass plan or change your payment method at anytime.
- Go to Sitter Pass > Change Sitter Pass
- Choose your preferred plan > Select your payment method > Confirm changes
